Rusty Blackbird

Wayne Forsythe photographed this partially albino Rusty Blackbird on 11 Mar 2008 in the French Broad River Valley of Henderson County, North Carolina. It was in a flock of 60+ Rusty Blackbirds. The bird's legs were pink and the bill was partly pink. The eye was yellow with a black pupil. Besides the head and part of the upper chest being white, there were also some patches of white on the back and the tail.
